Start by sending a short description of the challenge through the contact form or requesting an introductory call. We will discuss the context, desired outcomes, stakeholders and possible next steps before proposing a scope.

The introductory call is a chance to explain the business question, ask initial questions and decide whether a deeper discussion would be useful. A call request is not a confirmed booking until Northstar replies by email.

Scope, timing and fees depend on the question, complexity, capabilities required and expected deliverables. After an initial discussion, Northstar can outline a proposed approach and commercial terms for review.

Deliverables are agreed for each engagement. Depending on the work, they may include an assessment, decision materials, a roadmap, operating model recommendations, implementation priorities or working sessions with your team.
